Old Midtown Rack 0

The guys bathroom at the Old Midtown was legendary. It was built of plywood and sheets of tin roof. The walls were covered with permanent marker graffiti. If you chose to wash your hands and wanted to dry them, you had two options:

  1. Dry them on your clothes
  2. Use this old towel thing in the corner. It was a fabric towel that you would crank a handle and it would rotate the piece of fabric. Hands down the most UNSANITARY way to dry your hands.

That’s why this place is legendary. Shit like this.

My first time at The Fold 0

I have a problem and it’s hard to taco bout it. I welcome taqueria’s to every corner so I was especially pleased to visit The Fold. It’s located in a renovated gas station and has a great little setup. The salsa was off the charts, I wasn’t crazy about the chips, and the tacos were just what Little Rock needed.
