I’m pretty sure Prost means cheers. I could google that ish but I’m iPhone blogging and this 3G iP can’t multi task. You know what else? Prost is home to a nasty happy hour. Ya, it lasts until 7:30.

Tips for festival style tastings…
 
1) get a designated driver, don't even THINK about driving after one of these
 
2) get and stay hydrated. drink plenty of water before the event, and during
 
3) don't try to get more than the small pour… it is better to taste more beers with less of each one.
 
4) you won't be able to taste them all, don't try (see #3)
 
5) pace yourself, you want to remember the good ones, getting completely smashed spoils the fun-
(aprox 10 samples is a pint… you can easily have 2 samples every 5 mins, that equals 10 pints by the end, yes you can get drunk one ounce at a time)
 
6)  pretzels make a nice palate refresher – string some as a necklace
 
7) keep plenty of food on your stomach
