You probably think Mayflower, AR is the education center and cultural melting pot of the region. You are probably wrong. The only thing in Mayflower’s melting pot is gravy and red colored necks. It’s also home to a fantastic country diner, Stroud’s. From my brofessional observations, Stroud’s is the only thing that matters in Mayflower. Go there, eat country, use hot sauce, tip out.

I think you probably know my stance on hot sauce and gravy. It’s imperative. So I meandered down to Holly’s Country Cooking. I’m working in Conway so it shouldn’t take me too long to review everything worth a fuck in town. Here’s the low down. Holly is hot. The country cooking is authentic. The greens are hot and bitter. GTFO. It’s some good grub. Check out my plate. Chicken fried steak
